When I get a new phone to demo or for personal use one of the first things I need to figure out is how to capture what I see on the screen into a picture. This task is often called or referred to as a screenshot or print screen. In the past, Android didn’t have this feature embedded into the operating system, but there were apps that could easily help you out. Sometimes you would have to pull down the notification bar and tap an option to take a picture of the screen under the notification bar. I believe HTC was the first to adopt this into a manufacturer recipe of the Android user interface allowing the user to press the Home and Power buttons at the same time and other manufacturers have followed suit with some kind of button combo.
